Looking for a Havanese breeder in Connecticut? This directory was checked on September 24, 2026. Every breeder listed below had a working official website or Facebook page when checked.
A working link does not guarantee current puppy availability or replace your own research. Ask about breed-appropriate health testing, registration, contracts, socialization and lifetime breeder support before paying a deposit. The Havanese Club of America breeder referral directory is a useful starting point.
If your search can extend beyond Connecticut, compare nearby Havanese breeders in Massachusetts, Havanese breeders in New York, and Havanese breeders in Rhode Island.

Before You Contact a Breeder
- Confirm the breeder is still accepting applications and verify who operates the website or Facebook page.
- Ask to see health testing for both parents and confirm the results independently.
- Never send a deposit solely because a breeder appears in an online directory.
- Ask for a written contract, veterinary records and a clear return-to-breeder policy.
