Is it Illegal to Breed Dogs in Nevada and Las Vegas?
There is a bill that has been introduced that would start to regulate breeding and breeders in Nevada. Theis would require anyone who wants to sell dogs, breed dogs, or breed puppies to register with the state and pay a $500 fee every year. This is senate bill 241 and it doesn’t matter how many dogs you own or breed or which breed.
