Looking for a Havanese breeder in Oregon? This directory was checked on September 24, 2026. Every breeder listed below had a working official website or Facebook page when checked.
A working link does not guarantee current puppy availability or replace your own research. Ask about breed-appropriate health testing, registration, contracts, socialization and lifetime breeder support before paying a deposit. The Havanese Club of America breeder referral directory is a useful starting point.
If your search can extend beyond Oregon, compare nearby Havanese breeders in California, Havanese breeders in Idaho, Havanese breeders in Nevada, and Havanese breeders in Washington.

Before You Contact a Breeder
- Confirm the breeder is still accepting applications and verify who operates the website or Facebook page.
- Ask to see health testing for both parents and confirm the results independently.
- Never send a deposit solely because a breeder appears in an online directory.
- Ask for a written contract, veterinary records and a clear return-to-breeder policy.
